Not Eligible for Refund
- Reports that have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded
- Requests submitted after 30 days of purchase
- Purchases without valid purchase ID or invoice ID
- Reports where the data has been processed and generated
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

- Include your purchase ID or invoice ID in the request
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
- Include your preferred refund method (original payment method)
Processing Timeline
- Initial response: 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Credit card refunds may take additional 2-5 business days to reflect in your account
